To be eligible to become an officer a member must interview at least five members and tell an officer to recruit. The person wanting to be an officer must also be part of the guild for three weeks or more and spend adequate amount of time in the game. This person should also try to get guildies to participate in in game activities. Let me know if you got any questions on.
