Officer Expectations

It ain't hard to become an officer, but once you become one the challenge is to keep your rank. It's hard for me to demote someone cause they not doing what they suppose to be. I think its fairly simple to stay an officer if you follow few simple rules.
1. Log on everyday, if not every other day.
2. Make yourself visible in guild chat, let people know you are present.
3. If people asking any questions, be the first one to answer.
4. Helping a guildy is a priority, especially if you aren't doing anything.
5. Last one is very simple but very important. Try to get 2 exp players a week at least. (I might tell some officers to recruit more cause they are great at recruiting )
